Terms of Service - Pastel Last Updated: 4 Oct 2026 | pastel-eg.com 1. Acceptance By using Pastel platform you agree to these Terms. Pastel is a SaaS platform connecting clients with service providers (Tenants: studios, photographers, ateliers) for wedding/event services in Egypt. 2. Services Booking management, portfolio display, payment links, WhatsApp notifications, social media publishing (only content you approve) We are a marketplace/technical provider, not a party to the service contract between Client and Tenant. Quality of photography service is Tenant responsibility. 3. Accounts & Tenant Tenant is the business account (studio). Tenant admin can invite staff. Tenant is responsible for all activity under its account. You must provide accurate business info, valid contact, and own rights to portfolio images. One Tenant = one business entity. Subdomain/tenant isolation enforced. 4. Acceptable Use No illegal, misleading, or copyright-infringing content No spamming via WhatsApp API (only transactional, opted-in) No attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security Social publishing: only publish content you own and have client consent for 5. Payments Payments processed via licensed gateways (Kashier, Fawry, Fawaterk - approved by Central Bank of Egypt). Pastel charges platform fee/commission per booking as per Tenant plan. We do not store card data (PCI-DSS via gateway). Refunds subject to Tenant cancellation policy displayed at booking. 6. Intellectual Property Tenant retains ownership of its portfolio/media. By uploading you grant Pastel non-exclusive license to display it on your Pastel storefront to fulfill service. Pastel platform code/design is owned by Pastel. 7. Termination We may suspend Tenant if violating Terms, spamming, or fraudulent activity. Tenant can terminate anytime via Settings > Delete Tenant (see Data Deletion page). Upon termination, data deleted per Privacy Policy (7 days). 8. Limitation of Liability Platform provided "as is". Pastel liability limited to fees paid in last 3 months. Not liable for indirect damages, or for disputes between Client and Tenant. 9. Governing Law These Terms governed by laws of Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes in courts of Port Said. 10.
